There were millions of small businesses creating jobs in all industries throughout the United States. Knowledge and the application of business helps business owners to build successful businesses. When the proper recording of business activities and transactions occurred, the decision-making process for small business owners was simplified.
Researchers discovered 1) many small business owners lack the knowledge to understand the financial information provided by their accountants, and 2) small business owners value accountants experienced in supporting small businesses beyond the basic accounting work.
Small business owners who wanted to succeed. managed their financial record keeping the same as big businesses. I discovered, the general business problem was that small business owners did not always have the expertise to manage the financial aspect of their businesses. The specific business problem was that some small business owners lacked bookkeeping strategies to sustain business growth over time.
